Creative Arts in Play Therapy Across All Eight Phases of EMDR
This intermediate course supports EMDR-trained clinicians in adapting EMDR and play therapy for children and adolescents across school, home, office, medical, and telehealth settings while maintaining fidelity to the eight-phase model. Grounded in the Adaptive Information Processing model and nervous system–informed care, it addresses setting-specific considerations for safety, privacy, pacing, consent, and caregiver collaboration. Participants will leave with practical, developmentally attuned strategies for resourcing, bilateral stimulation, and ethical decision-making that translate across environments.
